About the Book

But when Serena shows gym owner Chloe a photo of Tod, her friend turns pale.
Years ago, Chloe was married to the same guy. Except his name isn't Tod, it’s Tam and he is a con man. The ring is fake. The yacht was never his. And everything he’s been telling Serena is a lie.
Serena investigates and discovers Chloe is telling the truth. She meets a third woman, Uma, who has also fallen for Tam.
The three decide to take their revenge, not realising they are starting down a path which will grow ever darker and more treacherous. Because what they don’t know is that Tam isn’t just a con man, he’s a monster.
And now they are trapped in a nightmarish game where there is only one rule: you lose, you die.

Ian is an ex teacher, hospital ward orderly and encyclopaedia salesman. He started his writing career with the BBC and has had in excess of 30 radio productions broadcast before moving on to TV where he wrote for The Bill, Coronation Street, Emmerdale and more recently a US/Canadian TV romcom movie . In theatre he has had over 20 full length stage plays produced for local Reps, No. 1 tours and a run in the West End. The Sleepwalker is his first novel and he’s found it far more challenging than writing plays or TV scripts!!
