On Tour 16th – 19th March 2023
Publication Day: 23rd November 2022 by Orchard Publishing Consultancy
Diversity Capitalism sheds a holistic light on how diversity can be far more profitable for organizations, businesses, and academia. This book is aimed at those who want to enhance performance through developing a stronger team with complementary skills as well as for those who want to strengthen the way they include and lead diversity.
Â
Diversity in this book goes beyond the traditional angles on gender, ethnicity, and age all of which are visible diversity which, these days, are tackled with varying degrees of success. However, the most performance-enhancing aspect of diversity is the one we cannot see – the invisible. This book focuses on those invisible differences such as types of personality, attitudes, skills, competencies, and, most importantly, neurodiversity such as Asperger, ADHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dyspraxia. By looking at both visible and invisible diversity this book is truly holistic as it encompasses every aspect. It should be required reading for all leaders, department managers and HR specialists and anyone who really wants to understand diversity at its widest meaning.
